We have been in business since 1977 with an emphasis on products that are durable, long lasting, unique and sustainable. Our nursery specializes in organic, locally grown vegetable starts, perennials, unique shrubs, edible plants, herbs and much more. This is a super cute place I didn't know there was so much stuff in there I actually went in to get a mortar and pestle and found a cute ceramic one with the clay inside and a wooden pistol. They also have like handmade soaps. And then the merchantels like across the street.

Never buy a gift card for someone online. It directs you to a 3rd party website and you may never get your gift card. If you call down to earth they will just say to call the 3rd party and its not their problem

Great store for finding s variety of gifts for others or for yourself. I like the kitchen items and the plants especiBees. It's fun just to look around. They occasionally have experts giving talks on such things as providing homes for Mason bees. They don't have their own restroom. They have an arrangement to use the restroom in the coffee shop across the parking lot. That is a nice large bathroom but I'm not sure how someone in a wheelchair would access it, as I had to climb steps to get into the coffee shop. The one restroom is for one person at a time.

This is one of my favorite stores in eugene! Garden center is beautiful with very knowledgeable people! Products are priced fairly for their value and sustainability, and vibes are immaculate. Come here to window shop, find a new hobby, or for the perfect gift!

I was thrilled to find lovely ceramic planters manufactured in Germany at Down to Earth | Home, Garden & Gift while searching online for the same product. I purchased one in WI years ago but have been unable to find more. Though a bit concerned about shipping fragile yet bulky and heavy items across country I ordered 4. I was so pleased by their prompt delivery in flawless condition for they were packed intelligently!
